Adobe Express: Library not found

As of today, one of my shared libraries no longer appears inside Adobe Express. I have tried refreshing browser window, deleting cookie cache, a different browser - all with the same results. I am able to see the library in my Adobe account overview but NOT inside Adobe Express.

The library is not new - it has existed for over 18 months and until yesterday was working just fine.

Hi @_andWebb,

It sounds frustrating to lose access to your library, especially when it was working fine until yesterday. Here are a few things you can try to get it back in Adobe Express:

1. Check if the Library is Still Shared Properly

2. Refresh Your Session

3. Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode

4. Check Adobe's Server Status

  • Sometimes, Adobe services experience temporary issues. You can check the current status here: 🔗 Adobe Status

If you’ve tried all of the above and the library still isn’t showing up in Adobe Express, let me know:
The exact name of the missing library
Whether you can still see it in your Creative Cloud Libraries
A screenshot showing the issue

This will help escalate it to the right team faster. Let me know how it goes!

Best regards,

^MM

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
