Adobe Express - Mp4 comes out blurry

Hey,

I have made a slideshow including text & videos in Adobe Express. However when I past the texts in to the show they become blurry. They stay blurry even when I download the video.

When looking it from my phone it looks alright (ofc cause the size is smaller) but in my laptop it is really blurry.

What could I do? I didn't find any ways to change the file size or quality. I do find them in the layout form, but not now when im working on a video slideshow.

Im a long time user of Adobe, but first time using Express.
