Adobe Express not exporting video properly

Hi everyone,

I’ve been working on a short promo video in Adobe Express, but when I try to export it, the download either fails midway or gives me a file that won’t play. I’ve tried exporting in both MP4 and GIF, but the same thing happens.

My internet connection is stable, and I’ve already cleared my browser cache and even tried a different browser. The project itself looks fine in the editor — all the clips and text play smoothly there.

Is this a common bug with the latest version, or am I missing some setting that could be causing this? I need to get this video out for a client soon, so it’s really stressing me out.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
