Adobe Express not Included in Cloud Suite?

Question

I used to have partial access to certain Adobe programs, which I used Adobe Express regularly. Then, suddenly I lost access and all the projects I had created disappeared. Just recently I gained access from my work to the full Adobe Cloud Suite. My thought was that I would be able to use Adobe Express Premium again, but it doesn't seem to include the premium version - only the limited free version.

My question is, is Adobe Express Premium not included in the full Adobe Cloud Suite, or is this a bug?

If you're part of a team account, it's possible that the admins (The IT department of your company) haven't unblocked certain software and features (Adobe fonts, adobe express etc are often overlooked), so I would check with them and see if that's on their end.
Also be aware that since you're not on the same account you won't have a direct access to your old projects once unblocked
