Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew why when I try to download my Adobe Express content I get this error:

I have looked at every asset and no mater which asset I check there are absolutely 0 assets with that error icon on it. I have an enterprise license with all Adobe Stock licensing from my college. It makes no sense why I cannot download my content, thanks for the help. If anyone knows a fix please tell me, thanks

Hi

@Zachary3811646422vg

,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this issue. Was the Stock content part of the built-in Express content or other Stock content placed in the document? How many Stock credits do you have?

Please ensure you're logging in with the correct profile. For more info, check this link: https://adobe.ly/3ZzSHnF. Also, can you share the project URL with us with the edit access via private message?

We're here to help, just need some info.

Best,

Hello,

I used a mix of built-in Express content and my graphs, the majority of images in Express are Adobe Stock content and licensed through my University. I have sent a link to the project in your DMs.

Thanks so much.
