Adobe Express not loading properly when using Smart mobile data in Philippines

Hi everyone,

I am from Philippines and using Smart SIM mobile data. Recently Adobe Express is not loading properly on my phone and sometimes also on laptop hotspot connection. Templates keep loading forever and images do not upload correctly.

Other websites are working fine, so not sure if this is network issue with Smart SIM registration/data settings or Adobe Express server problem.

I already tried switching browser and restarting data connection but still same issue. Anyone else from PH facing this problem with Smart network?
