Adobe Express not recognizing my subscription. Help!?

Adobe Express not recognizing my subscription on my iPhone. I've deleted and reinstalled app. There is no place to sign out / in within the app and my only option in the app is to upgrade to premium (which I already have). This was my go-to app for everything before the upgrade, and I'm so aggravated by this that I'm ready to give up. Is there a fix for this?

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with the Adobe ID tied to your subscription by checking the Adobe Account page via a browser.

  2. Try signing out and back in via the Adobe Creative Cloud app if you have it installed.

  3. Clear the app cache or reinstall the app after signing out of all Adobe apps.
