I have created a new page on Adobe Express, however when I try and publish the page / create a link I am just getting an empty box. This is quite frustrating. I feel like this services worked much better when it was adobe spark. Can somebody please help as I need to get this page out asap. Thanks
Our issue was that the image couldn't be used. So if you click on an image and there is an "i" icon in a circle then that picture needs to be changed. Once all of my students fixed their pictures with that icon they were able to publish!
Thanks Breanna! I was having the same issue. I deleted ALL 15 of the images that had "i'" in the corner and was able to "Publish To Web" and get the link to share.
I have no idea why Adobe doesn't just post an error message stating that.
Hi, @Breanna343805663kgq & @studentuserC / anybody who can help 🙂 Where would the "i" icon appear? I'm assuming, the express version looked pretty different back then but I'm not sure where it would pop up and I'm having a similar issue.
The answer was posted by another user below. The solution is to delete all of the photos that have an "i" in the lower right corner. If you have a lot of photos, it will take a while but that is how I was able to get my site to finally "publish to web". All of my photos came from Adobe Stock so I don't know why they allow us to use them if we can't publish them to web.
