Adobe Express personal templates won't load

We are currently not able to start new files from our branded templates. It acts like it is going to open and then after a long wait time, just crashes. What's going on?

Thanks for your patience. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, did you get any error messages? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?

 

Are you on VPN? If you've recently installed any pop- blocker, try disabling it and check again. You may also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
