Adobe Express platform crashes when I open the Media tab

Question

When using Adobe Express in any browser (tested Chrome, Edge, incognito mode, extensions disabled), the platform crashes when I open the Media tab. The console logs this error:

GroupStore not provided through Locator.set() within 20000 ms

I’ve cleared cookies/cache, tried multiple browsers and devices, disabled security software (McAfee), and even switched networks — nothing helps. A different Adobe ID on the same system does not crash, which suggests the issue is with my account or project.

Can someone please help? Happy to share screenshots, logs, or anything else needed.

Since the issue seems tied to your Adobe ID or a specific project, we recommend trying to duplicate the affected project or creating a new one with the same media to see if the issue persists.

If possible, share a screenshot or screen recording of the crash, and let us know:

Your Adobe Express version
The project name or ID
The approximate date/time of the issue.

This will help our team investigate further.
