Question

Adobe Express premium

I have a photographers subscription and have had it for many years, in addition to Lightroom storage. I used to be able to use the premium capabilities within Adobe express because it would ask me to sign in. Recently, however The app on my iPhone does not ask me to sign in, but wants me to sign up for a free trial of the premium version. Has something changed?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hello @Jim Hodder. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Adobe Express on your iPhone. It sounds like there might be an issue with the app recognizing your subscription. Here are a few steps you can try:

  • Open Adobe Express on your iPhone.

  • Tap your profile icon (top-right) and make sure you're signed in with the same Adobe ID linked to your Photography subscription.

  • If needed, sign out and sign back in with the correct Adobe ID.

  • Restart the app to see if your premium access is restored.

  • Clear the cache of the Adobe Express app. This can sometimes fix glitches related to account recognition.
  •  Ensure your Adobe Express app is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, updates can resolve sign-in issues.

Also, you can verify your plan and active subscriptions here: https://adobe.ly/433IpwH;

Let me know how it goes — I’m happy to help further if needed!

Best,

Chaimaa
