Question

Adobe Express Premium

Why is my Adobe account suddenly asking me to buy Premium to resize an image? I've had the same account for a long time. No trial period, but now it wants me to upgrade to do a simple resizing task. Also, how do you find a simple email or bot feature with a support person/bot?

Hello @B-Ron. Welcome to the Adobe Express community, and thank you for your feedback.

We understand how disappointing it can be to suddenly lose access to a feature you've been using without restrictions. With recent updates to Adobe Express, the resize tool is now part of the Premium plan, which means an upgrade is required to continue using it. You can explore the available plans and what's included here: https://adobe.ly/40Imdbb

To speak with a support bot or person visit: https://adobe.ly/4lU3Poe, scroll down and click “Contact Us”, a chat window will pop up (usually starting with a bot, you can type "agent" to request a real person).

We truly appreciate your understanding as we continue to evolve the platform.

Best,

Chaimaa
