Adobe Express Premium access

Hello - I recently changed my plan to pay yearly vs monthly and suddenly lost my access to the premium assets to Adobe express - which I have used for several years now. What happened? The only change to my plan was the payment from monthly to yearly. How can I fix this?

Hi Tarun. Thanks for your reply. I accessed Adobe Express from the link on my Creative Cloud account. This does not make any sense to me.  I was not informed that there would be any change to my plan other than the payment schedule. 
Almost Every file I have created has a premium asset in it so they are now unusable. This is very unsettling and upsetting.  Any other suggestions?
