Adobe Express Project broken JPG PNG export

Hi,

I changed a letter in a text box and since then the JPEG export just delivers a black image (and the preview under my project also shows a black image only). The PNG shows no image at all. Only the PDF export shows the right project.

Duplication also does not fix the problem.

Any suggestions how to rescue the project?

I haven't seen that, but here are some ideas of what you could try:

Check your internet connection.
Check that you're signed in.
Download to your local hard drive as opposed to over a network or to removable media.
