Adobe Express projects won't open

None of the projects I was working on in Adobe Express are there anymore. When I open "my files" it says it's empty but I can see my projects in my files in Adobe Libraries. When I click "open on web" I get an "Access Denied" pop up that says "Your request to access the resource was denied by the project owner" but I am the owner so I don't understand what it going on? How do I open these files?
