Adobe Express published content to LinkedIn without anything being scheduled

Today, I was taken aback when I discovered that Adobe Express had re-published a LinkedIn media post that I had previously deleted. To my surprise, comments started pouring in on this unexpected post, causing me great embarrassment since I had already removed it from the Adobe Express schedule weeks ago. Even more puzzling was the fact that nothing appeared on the Adobe Express Scheduled calendar for today. I couldn't fathom why anything was posted to my social media in the first place. Consequently, I decided to disconnect Adobe Express from my social media accounts until this issue is resolved. It's disheartening to experience such a mishap, especially considering my initial excitement about scheduling posts in advance.

Hey @tashikalewis

We are sorry you had to face this. We haven't heard of this problem previously, but we'd like to investigate it thoroughly because this shouldn't happen.

Would you be able to provide us with the post id? It would be the URL of the project that got published.

Please provide us with the details to investigate this properly, as we appreciate your patience and support!

Regards,

Amitej

I also experience the same issue lat week. An old deleted post reaapearing on a connected LinkedIn Business page. Post was published June 22-23, 2023 sometime. Has there been a solution or the problem identitfied?

I immediately deleted the LinkedIn post. Therefore, I do not have a post id. I logged into Adobe Express to determine what was scheduled and there was nothing scheduled. There is no deleted items bin in Adobe Express to pull draft scheduled events or deleted scheduled events. It seems that if you schedule an event using Adobe Express and decide to delete the event before the initial publishing date, Adobe Express will still publish the event despite the deletion.

This is not a one off occurrence, as another person has posted similar concerns in the community board.
