Adobe Express QR Code

I want to produce qr codes two different purposes:

• Contact information
• Login details for a Wifi network

Neither of these would point to a permanent URL.  Rather, I'd like them to contain text information, preferably read by a phone as .txt), or (in the case of the contact information) in .vcf format.  I've seen other QR code generators that do this, and I was wondering whether Express can do this as well.  Is there any way to produce a QR code like this?
