Adobe Express Remove Background

I have been usinng Adobe Express for two weeks to remove background and download these.  No problem.  Just drag and drop or search on my device.  Now, I click download and receive a black page.  Even when it opens to my projects it is a black page.  Any suggestions?  I also have Photoshop 2020, and can't remove these without hours of refining them, so if there is this quick removal in PS, I would love to know it.

Hi Rebekahmt,

 

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Are you working from a computer or mobile device?

  • If you're working from a computer I'd recommend testing from a few different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.)
  • Try restarting the computer and clearing the web cache and cookies - this kind of thing

  • If you're working from a mobile device I'd recommend completely powering off the device and then restarting it

 

I'd start with these and see if they help
