Adobe Express - remove background
I've been trying for more than an hour to simply remove a background from an image via Adobe Express. This has been an easy process for prior jobs, but now at the download prompt, I get a spinning "Loading" message that never resolves, over and over again.
As I look online for help, I encounter page after page of users on multiple sites have exactly the same issue, going back more than a year. (And yes, I've cleared cache, logged out/logged in, restarted, so please don't.)
Is Adobe sitting on its hands on a basicc issue that is frustrating easily hundreds of users, likely more? Plenty of people seem to have detailed the problem, but ... no resolution? Seems a lousy way to treat customers in general, and especially enterprise customers.
