Adobe Express Remove Object Not Working

When attempting to use the remove object function, the app glitches and resets to the original image without giving me the opportunity to select any of the options for the removed image. This also deducts my generative credits. I lost four credits this morning dealing with this app issue and still unable to use the remove object function. I use the app on my iPhone14. App is fully updated and has been restarted several times. Issue persists.

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Are you getting any error messages? If so, can you please share a screenshot of the error message? Please ensure you are on a stable internet connection. Try switching to another connection to check if that helps.

No error messages. Just crash, reset, back to original image. I am on fiber connection, and I tried on just 5G (full bars present), and this issue continues. I've lost 6 credits so far.

I attempted to reproduce the issue but was unable to do so. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
