Adobe Express Scheduler

Hello, two questions:

1. Is there a way to connect more than 3 Facebook pages? I manage more than just three and would be helpful to mass schedule for them in one place. 
2.  Is there a way to upload a cover photo for reels that is not included in the video itself? Looks like right now I am only able to select a cover photo by sliding through the video and selecting the best frame, not a huge issue as I can also include what I would like to be the cover photo in the reel but just a thought.
