Adobe Express sidebar menu won't resize

I added assets to a brand library and I'm trying to use them in a project. The problem is that the images are listed as thumbnails from left-to-right, so some are offscreen. In theory, I would be able to scroll left or right to access the images, but the window doesn't give me that option or the option to change it to a list of filenames.

Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing? Resizing the window doesn't work and the columns on the page seem fixed, so I can't even resize the frame. I'm using Adobe Express Web on Chrome for MacOS.
