Adobe express sidebar on the right is blank

Question

The sidebar on the right side is blank when I use Adobe Express. I have tried clearing caches, using a different browser, using incognito, and reloading. None of it has fixed the issue.

I use Adobe Express in browser, and I have uploaded a screenshot of the issue.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
