Adobe express starts with with Adobe recommondation instead of presentation

When i create a presentation in adobe express and upload it, no matter to what social media, it starts with a recommandation of Adaobe and a cooky question. My presentation is not visible and it is not clear what one should do to start it?

Could you share a screen recording of the workflow you mentioned so that we can better understand and investigate the issue? I tried to replicate this issue, but it worked fine for me. There wasn't getting any such 'Recommendation of Adobe' showing up for me. 

We may need more info on this!

Good evening,
Thank you for your prompt feedback. I am attaching a screen print of the issue I encounter when trying to open a presentation on LinkedIn. This problem persists across other applications as well. I attempted to share and open a presentation via Adobe Express on LinkedIn with no success, even after trying different Linkedin accounts. Adobe's response suggests browser incompatibility, but I've tested it on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox without any luck.

Could you please advise on any potential solutions?

Hi @Steinmans 

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I was wondering if you can close that screen with the arrow in top left or scroll up to show a button at the bottom of the screen?
