Adobe Express - the new version is HORRIFIC

It's SLOW and confusing and cannot change things quickly - what used to take minutes to create now takes about an hour or more. Try moving things around and suddenly nothing is responsive. TERRIBLE. You people love to complicate things thinking they are better, yet working with PS or Ai is way EASIER than Adobe Express. Give us the older version back... what a waste of time and money this is.

Thank you for your feedback, and I apologize for the frustration caused. Our engineering team has recently fixed some reported bugs. Would you mind sharing if you're still experiencing this issue?

 

In the meantime, you can try clearing your browser cache and ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version or use a different browser. If the problem persists, don't hesitate to let me know.

Your response is quite insulting and condescending. This has nothing to do with my cache or browser - you're beginning to sound like a Call Center support person who's first response is always "delete and reinstall!" 

The issue is the LOUSY new version as MOST users here have complained about! We need a response from someone with solid experience, not an amateur or new employee who thinks users are stupid!
