Adobe Express Video - Audio Partially Exporting

Every week I make two videos with voiceover, background audio and slides in Adobe Express. This week the audio exported and will play correctly in Quicktime but the voiceover audio does not play in other applications like iMovie or ProPresenter.

Like I said, I do this weekly. Last week and all the weeks before it worked. This week, only background music, no voiceover. Its as if it exported audio in layers. 

I assume this is a bug with the upgrade. I hope it resolves soon.
