Adobe express video download error on macbook browser

Could you try a few more things to narrow it down.

• If you're using Safari, could you try the same export in the latest version of Chrome, as it tends to handle Adobe Express video exports more reliably. 
• Temporarily disable any browser extensions, such as ad blockers or download managers, and try again, or use private/incognito mode for this workflow.
• As a temporary workaround, try exporting at a lower resolution to see if that completes successfully.

If the issue persists, could you let us know:

• Your browser and version, 
• Whether the issue occurs with all videos or just this specific clip.

We'll be able to investigate further once we have these details.
