If you'd like to use a video clip longer than 30 seconds, please check if you have the "continue from here" feature instead of the "keep it going." If that still does not work. Try Clearing the browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Try signing out of the app and then signing back in. If not, try a different system. Try a different device. If these steps do not work, send us a screenshot or a demo for better understanding.
