Adobe Express - Video is skewed in download

Question

Hi there!I'm having a bit of trouble when I download my project in Adobe Express. It seems to skew the mp4 video (from my Sony A5000 camera) on the shared/downloaded export, but the screen reference looks fine on the timeline. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting I am missing? I have included a screen shot for reference of the export (left) and browser timeline view (right). Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hi there,

We're sorry for the delay & to hear about the issue you're seeing. Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried another project? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies of the browser and let us know if that helps.
