Question

Adobe Express Video Template has Stock content that is no longer licensed & can't be downloaded.

I spent hours creating a short video using a premade template, however, Adobe Express won't allow me to download this video due to a warning note saying the video's Stock content from the template "does not have licenses."

Adobe Express suggests I remake the video with replacement Stock content elements - but that would take hours more to do and seems wrong.   Is there something wrong with Adobe?  Why offer templates if we can't download them in the end?

Hi @Shari332351500fw6

This is an uncommon occurrence, sometimes outside Adobe's control, for instance: if the content provider decides to withdraw their content from the Stock Library. Licensing terms oblige us to prevent download of Express files that use such content.

We are working on improving the user experience when this happens, so identifying the assets to be replaced is easier. If you need any help in this regard, please reply here. Sorry for the incovenience.
