Adobe Express Videos Crashing when exporting or publishing in both devices

Title pretty much sums it up.

 

On PC:

Wherever I create videos I can't publish them or Adobe Express will shut down. I can, however, download them.

 

On Mobile (Android)

I can't publish or download them, the app shut down.

 

I'm working with good processors and graphic boards, so it's not the issue.

Guys, we're paying customers, please fix it.

Is this issue occurring on specific video formats?

Have you tried to update your Adobe Express software/app on both devices?

 

If the software/app is already updated, you can try to deinstall the Adobe Express software/app on both devices, restart both devices and reinstall the software/app and check if this resolves the issue.

 

If you've already tried the steps mentioned above kindly share with us the specifications of your PC/phone, the Adobe Express software/app version, the version of the operating system of your PC, a screen recording of the workflow and if possible one of the videos you're trying to publish.
