The website hasn't loaded for a couple of weeks now. Every time I attempt to load the website shows an error. The app works fine but I cannot load the website. I already cleared the cache and attempted to use another browser but still the same.
We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, please ensure the device is not on a VPN or has an active firewall. Also, I'd recommend you try again after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you use. You can even try working on the private/incognito browsing mode to check if that makes any difference.
I'm also experiencing the same issues and have submitted a bug. When I try to edit video project, the browser tab (and the progressive web app on my Mac) just completely locks up! Sometimes Chrome gives me a popup that the page has become Unresponsive and I can Leave or Wait, but then if I reload the project I get the same issue. This is the same after clearing caches/cookies, incognito browser, etc.
