Adobe Express Web not syncing to app

I am having the same issue. It's been this way for months. Whatever I create on the web on my laptop does NOT sync to the app on my phone. This is so frustrating.

  1. I have the latest iOS on my phone
  2. I have deleted and reinstalled the AE app on my phone
  3. I have the latest AE app on my phone.

 

However, if I create a project on my phone, I see it on AE my laptop almost immediately.

 

I would like to create a project in AE on my laptop and see it in my phone app immediately. 

PLEASE HELP

I'm having the same issue. I pay for the full suite and use web version of Express on Mas OS Chrome, latest versions. The app on my ipad is the latest version also and none of the projects I've built online are in the app. This is very frustrating when trying to work remotely. The full suite and stock monthly subscriptions are expensive and I am not happy that its not working properly. Please fix this!!

Welcome to the community! I'd like to inform you that the newer version of Adobe Express is not yet available on the iPad. Our product team is working on this. We do not have the ETA on this, but once it is live we will let you know.

Thanks for getting in touch, and we are sorry to hear you're having trouble with the sync.

The desktop version and the app won't sync instantly yet.

Most of the time, the desktop version or the app syncs after you save and close your project.

That is not the issue. I have worked on 13 projects recently on the desktop, and none of them synced with my phone app. And I have closed the projects. 

You are incorrect about syncing immediately. When I create a project on my phone, it shows up immediately on the desktop even while I have the project opened on my phone.

But it never syncs the other way, I can not start a project on my desktop and have it sync to my phone.  As I have mentioned above I am still waiting on 13 projects to sync with my phone. It's incredibly frustrating.

I am also having the exact same issue. The files from the web are not syncing to the phone. I have made sure it's up to date, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the phone. It is becoming a little frustrating now. I also have full access but certain times it says I don't have the correct plan to make changes to these files. Please can this be looked into ASAP as it is impacting my work heavily
