Adobe Express Web version fatal error

I can't use Adobe Express Web version. After opening any document, even a blanc one I get this error:
"Connection Interrupted. Adobe Express needs to reconnect to the font service. Refresh this page to continue working.".
I have a Premium account. Refreshing or going back to home and back to the app doesn't work.
I'm using Chrome and Brave and I get the same error. Incognito mode results in the same error in both browsers.

Hi @Tarun Saini,

Thanks for your help! It turns out that for some reason, some the required domains were blocked in the Windows hosts file. Removing them resolved the issue.

Hi Amitej,

Thank you for your response!

The OS is Windows 11 Pro (build no 26200.7171). I don't currently have an alternative internet connection. However, the issue persists regardless of if I use a VPN or not. There are no Adobe-related rules in the firewall (Windows default firewall). The device is new, so I can't tell you if there were recent changes.

As I side note, Adobe Express Web works fine on my phone, which is connected to the same network.

Thanks for your response @Styghx,

Please try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, restarting the browser and trying again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies, check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

If the above-mentioned steps don't work,  please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed, or you may also try resetting the network settings in the control panel.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi @Styghx, Welcome to our community! Thanks for reporting this.

The error is unexpected, especially since it's occurring across multiple browsers and in incognito mode as well. Have you tried switching to a different internet connection to see if that makes any difference?

Also, please confirm whether you were connected to any VPN, had an active firewall, or made any recent changes to the devices' internet connections.

Additionally, please share your operating system and when you first noticed the issue so that we can investigate further.

Best!
