Adobe Express - Why doesn't it just work?

Question

Unabel to replace images on web version, i search for images and nothing happens? Doesn't even attempt to search.

Try to edit a template on my mobile device, when i type my text in to replace the text that's on the template the whole app crashes.

Welcome to the community! Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Did you try Incognito mode? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4fIigrU

For mobile issue- Is it happening with all templates? Are you getting any error messages? Did you try reinstalling the app and rebooting the device?
