Adobe Express will not download images or video

I have read through a plethora of issues with downloading images and videos from Adobe Express. The solutions listed do not help with the problem. I am using the app and not a web browser so clearing the cache or a pop-up blocker  does not help this problem. When I try to download my videos or images, I do not get an error message it simply does not work. One week ago The images download it with no issue. What is the problem?
