Adobe Express will not open my previous Spark and old files

I have wasted almost 2 whole days on this. I can see the old files. I can't open them in Adobe Express. It says 'Something is missing. Your system is not supported. It then gives a link to follow in order to troubleshoot. Following the link takes me to the system requirements. All of these are met except for Web GL2 which says my browser supports it but it is either disabled or unavailable. I have seen this issue of opening old files on lots of previous posts and have tried everything. Incognito, Chrome Browser (upto date, even downloaded again, Microsoft Edge), I have followed so many post suggestions and nothing works. I had started to think that perhaps my driver was just too old (it is upto date) in order for the Web GL2 to work and Express to load my old files. But then... I went onto my website where I have a link to a few of these old files and when I select the same file from there, it opens without a problem! So it would seem my system is quite capable of opening them. I am so confused and have a headache now. Please help, it's driving me nuts. I am using a desktop on Windows 11, version 21H2. Can anybody please help?
