Adobe expresse not working?

Hello Comunity! Been trying to use it for two days and is not loading up. If it loads up its the home page and after that it freezes. Ive been using it on windows explorer and never had any issues. I tried using chrome but Im having the same problem. Anyone here has any ideas?

ok, it jus loaded up. But now all my projects are gone 😞   And yes I am logged in.

So I fugured ou that I was using it with different emails. I was logging in with the wrong email. Thats why all my projects were gone. Make sure you log in with your adobe ID if you have multiple emails. The troubleshooting stopped and was not freezing anymore after a few minutes. This was a while ago. I have been using the platform today with no trouble. Good luck!

Did you ever find a fix for this?  I'm having the same problem on Chrome.  It only seems to be on my desktop, not my ipad.

Hi,

 

just to check all possibilities can you try another Browser like Mozilla Firefox or google Chrome?! Sometimes some websites works better in the other browser. Hope that helps.

Seems like I was loging in with google and I was on a session with a different email. Thats why all my project were gone. Thank you!
