Adobe Share Access Not Changing

Hi, everyone! 

 

I am attempting to make a webpage portfolio for a class I'm taking. My teacher wants us to change the share link access to "anyone with a link" and "can comment". Every time I attempt to do this the following error message pops up: 

Any help in fixing this would be appreciated! This is my first time using Adobe Express and I'm totally lost! Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. Try signing out and signing in again to check if that helps. Also, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? You can also try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.

Hi, it looks like once I verified my email the access changed.
