Adobe Spark Pages: Retrieving company pages but username and password details unknown.

Question

As the new marketing manager for my company, I have been tasked with recovering our 38x Adobe Spark pages. I understand these will now be Adobe Express pages. The person who created them has left the company and no one knows what login credentials were used.
I can prove these are our pages, and that the creator listed worked for our company, I just don't know where to start with gaining access to them again or moving them to our current Adobe account.
Our aim is to create more of these types of pages as they really did work well for us.

Thanks for posting here! You may need to identify if the person who created those pages used their personal Adobe ID or if they used a company-provided Adobe ID. If it was a company-provided ID, you may need to reach out to your IT administrator for this.
