adobe voice project download

Question

I have an adobe voice video I made in Dec. 2015/Jan. 2016. I'm trying to download it, but it's taking forever. How long should I wait before trying to download it again. I see no sign that it's actually downloading, all I see is a note that the downloads take a while. It was something from my younger years that I find really funny and I would love to maintain access to it.

Please confirm if you've used Adobe Express, Podcast, or any other app to create this voice video project. Can you share a screen recording of the workflow so we can better understand the issue?

If it's on Adobe Express, have you tried migrating the projects to the newer version and then downloading them?
