Adobe Webpage - Brands?

In the old version, we used to be apply to create a custom webpage template from our brand. Instead, we now only can use the preformatted adobe templates - We cannot customize the type or color of text, the shape and color of buttons, and various other features. When will I be able to create a custom webpage template using my brand assets?
