adobe xpress not compatible with this foldable. Has anyone found a workaround for this?

my vivo x fold 3 pro is not compatible with Adobe xpress mobile app. nor am I able to access Adobe xpress via internet use. question: has anyone found a workaround?

I have a full Adobe licence. 

The phone also won't listen when I say Hey google.

It is a Chinese Rom version Vivo xfold 3 PRO handset. I'm hoping that a future update might fix at least one of these problems.
