Hey guys,

I have several media that does not get posted to my socials via the Express Scheduler. Some images post, yet others do not - I have checked file dimensions as well as file sizes, and all seems correct, yet I still get messages saying that my Express has failed to post my content. Even rescheduling the content doesn't help.

Please could someone assist me?

Hey @cuank70136457, Are the impacted projects identical that throw an error across all social media platforms, or are they projects that are planned for a specific social channel, such as all postings scheduled to Instagram does not post?

If possible, could you share the screenshot of the Scheduler page will all scheduled/failed media?

It is only for my media being published to Instagram - some scheduled content gets shared, other content does not?

See screenshot of the error message - it seems that this is something the Express team needs to investigate further?
