AExpress PNG file not showing in my email

I need to understand why when I'm attaching an Adobe Express PNG file into my email, it doesn't show the graph. It only shows a rectangle with a text inside "...text AI-generated content may be incorect"

That definitely shouldn't be happening, so let’s work together to figure out what’s going on. To help us narrow this down, could you please share the following details:

 

 

  1. When you open the downloaded PNG directly on your computer, does the graph appear as expected?
  2. Have you noticed if this happens with other PNGs exported from Express, or just this specific one?
  3. Are you by any chance dragging the image directly from the Express editor preview instead of exporting it first?
