Airtel user: Unable to redeem LinkedIn Premium benefit — "Not eligible / select regions" error

Hi @Rose DV @Tarun Saini

I'm getting the error "You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions." when trying to redeem the 3 free months of LinkedIn Premium from my Adobe benefits page.

  • Adobe Express member since 2026
  • Never had LinkedIn Premium, not even a free trial
  • Adobe benefits page shows the offer as redeemable for me
  • Based in India

Could you please help resolve this?

    Correct answer Rose DV

Update: LinkedIn Premium offer eligibility issues

Thanks to everyone who's reached out about trouble redeeming the LinkedIn Premium offer. We've been in contact with LinkedIn's team to get you a path forward.

If you've passed Adobe's eligibility checks but are still unable to redeem the offer, please contact LinkedIn support directly here: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/solve

Their support team will be able to look into your specific account and explain what's preventing access to the offer, since that part of the process is on LinkedIn's side rather than Adobe's.

If you're still stuck after reaching out to LinkedIn, let us know here and we'll help however we can.

Can you confirm for me if you get your access to Adobe Express Premium through your internet provider/Airtel? I am working on finding out more for our Airtel users, so I would like to make sure!

Thank you for your patience as we investigate!

Active Adobe Express Premium user via Airtel. Tried redeeming the LinkedIn perk, but the link gives a "Not eligible/select regions" error. I have never used LinkedIn Premium before. Please help reset my token manually.

Linked Premium Perk Redirect Error – "Account Not Eligible" (Airtel Promo)
    Hi Adobe Team,

I am currently an active Adobe Express Premium subscriber in India, having successfully redeemed the official 1-year Airtel partnership promotion on my personal account. My Adobe account profile correctly shows my plan as active.

However, I am facing an issue when trying to claim the "3 Months of LinkedIn Premium" member perk from the Adobe Creative Cloud Perks portal. When I click the "Redeem" button on my laptop, the generated tracking link redirects me to a LinkedIn page that states: "You are not eligible for this promotion.

To troubleshoot this on my end, I have already tried:

    1. Clearing my browser cache, cookies, and history.
    2. Using a completely fresh Incognito window and Guest Mode on a different browser.
    3. Ensuring my LinkedIn profile region is correctly set to India and verifying that I have no active Premium trials or subscriptions on this account.

The automated link system appears to be misidentifying my profile or token. Could a community manager or support agent please check my account eligibility and manually issue a fresh, working redemption code?
