All my mobile files locked & unusable

I have an ancient desktop PC that doesn't have Bluetooth and a Bluetooth printer for printing barcodes - so I use Adobe Express on an iPad to print the barcodes for my products. it used to work until Photoshop Express was updated, and now all those files are unusable until Adobe gets around to launching the new mobile express version 😞

I pay £10 monthly for a professional service for my business, and now I can't run my business - unless I go out and buy a new PC! How long will I have to wait, Thanks

Hi @philk22855900,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologise for any frustration caused.

The Adobe Express mobile support is still in progress and has, therefore, no concrete launch date.

To provide you with alternative options, could you kindly share with me an example barcode, and the details of your PC and printer (e.g. model, brand)?

I'm here to help, and looking forward to hearing from you.

Lyn

I was using an iPad pro to print stock labels, barcodes & shipping labels
on zebra printers.

I overreacted when I found I would have to convert my files to desktop and
bought a new MacBook - then found it was so much easier to design the
labels and save them within the online zebra app, and that I could/should
have done it that way on the iPad too. So long story short, I am working
happier than ever because the zebra app removes the need to download then
export pdf files, and my shiny new 15" MacBook air is so good to use 🤩
