All my projects are gone

Hi,

 

I've had the same issue as many before me - when I log in to Adobe Express, all my projects are gone. 

I've tried the incongnito mode - no success

I've tried logging in and out to ensure it's the right email address - no success

 

There were lots of projects and campaign material in my user account and I really hope it's not all lost.

 

please help!

Hi Mikaela, 

 

Sorry for the trouble. Can you please try logging in with the same email/user id under which you had all your projects and check if you can access them? We ask because your projects are tied to your login method. For example, if you create a project with a Facebook login, then access Creative Cloud Express with Google, you will effectively have made a new account with new/different projects. The same idea would apply if you logged in with two different Gmail addresses. 

 

If that does not work then try duplicating the project and try again? Also, would you be able to try again on another network/wifi? Check if this works, if not then please send us the URL to that project so we can investigate it?

Hi Manmeet,

 

Thanks for replying. I have tried logging in with Google, using my gmail account (which is the same and only way I've logged in). 

 

Since all of my projects are gone, I can't duplicate them. I'm also not able to send you a URL to a project for that reason. 

I tried switching network/wifi without any success. 

 

I really do need those files so it would be of great help to be able to speak directly to someone from support.
