All of a sudden all of my projects in Adobe Express have disappeared. HELP

All project are gone. seemed to go missing during an update. Years worth of stuff. I checked everywhere in "my stuff". PLEASE HELP

I am having similar problems. Some of my files will load, while others will not. And I don’t seem to be able to edit and save on the files that I can open.

This exact same thing happened to me today. I’m 100% in the correct adobe ID and account (I only have one, same login I’ve used for years). Absolutely zero has changed on my end since yesterday and I was working on my projects no issue. Today, everything under my Adobe Express account is gone with a “Something went wrong” unhelpful message. I’ve refreshed, logged out and back in, cleared cache and cookies, rebooted browser, all of the things but nothing gives. I’ll repeat - nothing has changed on my end and this was working fine yesterday, today everything is gone.

 

Jus to be sure I’m clear, I have already tried theses as suggested below:

“Please ensure you are using the correct Adobe ID when signing in to your account. Also, make sure you are choosing the correct profile.”

“Please try logging out and back in, clearing your browser cache”

This is the same message that I am getting, and I am using the correct Adobe ID and profile.

I've tried everything.  I'm in the right account and only have 1 profile.  All projects were there 3 days ago.

I’m really sorry your projects have disappeared – I understand how frustrating this must be. Please try logging out and back in, clearing your browser cache (if on web), or reinstalling the app (if on mobile). Could you also share your platform, app version, and any error messages? Screenshots or screen recordings?
