All of my project files have completely disappeared

All of my files, templates, and branding kit under "Your Stuff" > "Projects" have completely disappeared. There were hundreds of files in there organized into folders. I share this area with multiple team members and none of us are able to see the files. Please help!

Hey. Would love to know how you go with this. Just realised today that one of our folders is gone with 1000’s of ads in it. Am positive we didn’t delete it. Have seen a few people trying to get their’s back but no outcome in the thread. Good Luck! :)

Hi @Stephanie342924179pbz, we’d need the HAR file containing logs of your network requests and responses between your web browser and the Adobe Express website..

You can refer to the following for fetching the HAR file:

Once you have these files, try uploading them to a cloud storage link and sharing that link with us so we can investigate further.

Hi @Stephanie342924179pbz, thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear this has happened.

To start with, could you confirm that everyone on your team is signed into the correct Adobe account and organization? If these are shared projects, it would also be worth checking whether the active team or profile has changed.

As a few initial troubleshooting steps, please:

Verify you're signed into the correct Adobe account.
Check your files through the Creative Cloud web interface to see if they appear there.
If they're still missing, check the Deleted folder in Creative Cloud Files and make sure there aren't any pending account migration steps in your Adobe account.

It would also help if you could let us know:

When you first noticed the projects were missing.
Whether only Projects are affected, or if Brands, Libraries, and other assets are missing as well.

If possible, please share a screenshot of Your Stuff > Projects (excluding any sensitive information). That will help us better understand what's happening.

Once we have these details, we'll be able to investigate further and help you get to the bottom of it.

Hi there,

Yes, we are all signed into the correct account, and everyone is missing the files within the “Projects” area. It is blank. Please see attached screenshot for reference. The files are not appearing on the desktop app or on the web interface. How does an entire folder disappear from there? It was where we kept all of our shared files and templates. There were many folders within there, too. It’s our way of keeping our branding and files all consistent across the board between our team members. Everything seemed to be working fine today until about 9:30 am EST. Also, the brands and libraries sections seem to be intact. Thank you for the assistance with this issue.
